Lead Software Engineer (Python)

As a Lead Software Engineer specializing in Python, FastAPI, and Microservices, you will be responsible for architecting, designing, developing, and testing cloud-based solutions on Azure. This role involves translating business requirements into robust technical specifications, driving architectural improvements, and maintaining CI/CD processes. You will also provide design reviews and ensure solutions meet high standards for user experience, scalability, performance, and operability. Strong hands-on coding and deployment experience are essential.

Must Have

• Experience in Architecting, Designing, Developing & Testing cloud-based solutions on Azure
• Extremely good at Python, Microservices design Patterns, API Development
• Strong experience required in creating Docker image, deployment and CI/CD process
• Analyzing business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness
• Hands-on design & coding experience in Python, NumPy, Micro services design Patterns, API Development
• Able to deploy the code and create GitHub workflow to maintain CI/CD process
• Demonstrable experience designing, building, deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (Azure)
• Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation

Scope:

• Experience in Architecting, Designing, Developing & Testing cloud-based solutions on Azure
• Should be extremely good at Python, Micro services design Patterns, API Development
• Strong experience required in creating docker image, deployment and CI/CD process
• Work closely with development teams to ensure that solutions are designed with customer user experience, scale/performance and operability in mind
• Core responsibilities include analyzing business requirements and designs for accuracy and completeness.
• Develops and maintains relevant product
• Excellent Verbal and Written Communication Skills
• Ability to work independently with strong problem-solving skills.

Our current technical environment:

• Software : Python, FastAPI, Numpy, Microservices Design Patterns, Flask
• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
• Cloud Architecture: MS Azure
• Frameworks/Others: SnowFlake, MS SQL, Blazemeter/JMeter, GIT, Jenkins, OpenAPI (Swagger), Elastic Search and Kibana

What you’ll do:

• Gather Functional requirements from Product Management Group and/or internal customers and end-users, and translate requirements into technical specifications to build robust, scalable, supportable solutions that work well between a range of complex systems.
• Drive architecture and designs to become simpler, more robust, and more efficient.
• Develops and maintains relevant product.
• Demonstrates good understanding of the product and owns one or more modules
• Provide design reviews for other engineers, including feedback on architecture and design issues, as well as integration, performance and scalability.
• Design, Develop and maintain CI/CD process for enterprise SaaS using tools like Git, GitHub, Artifactory etc

What we are looking for:

• Bachelor’s degree with minimum 6 to 10 years of experience in Software development.
• Hands-on design & coding experience in Python, NumPy, Micro services design Patterns, API Development
• Must be able to deploy the code and create GitHub workflow to maintain CI/CD process
• Demonstrable experience designing, building deploying and maintenance of enterprise cloud solutions (Azure)
• Experience with DevOps, Infrastructure as Code and infrastructure automation.
• Good Understanding of secure architectures, secure configuration, identity management
