Sr. Data Scientist-Algorithms, LlamaIndex, Python

We are seeking an experienced Data Scientist with MLOps skills to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models. The role involves building, testing, and optimizing models to enhance product performance. Responsibilities include understanding business requirements, assisting in design, developing and maintaining products, and demonstrating a strong understanding of relevant concepts. Preference is given to candidates with LLM experience.

Must Have

• 5-7 years experience in ML model design, development, deployment.
• MLOps skills.
• BE/B.Tech or ME/M.Tech degree.
• Strong understanding of ML algorithms, data structures, statistical models.
• Proficiency in Python, R, JavaScript, GIT, Rest API, OAuth.
• Experience with Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras.
• Experience with Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB databases.
• Experience with Hadoop and Spark distributed computing.
• Experience with Azure cloud computing.
• Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Tableau or Power BI data visualization.
• Knowledge of database architecture and data models.

Good to Have

• LLM (Large Language Models) experience, hosting, development, and deployment.

Scope:

We are looking for an experienced data scientist with MLOps skill to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 5-7 years of experience in designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models. You will be responsible for building, testing, and optimizing machine learning models to improve the performance of our products. Preference will be given to candidates with LLM experience.

Our current technical environment:

• Software: Python, R, JavaScript. GIT, Rest API, OAuth.
• Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
• Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)
• Need to have technical skills in Data Science Tools: Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, TensorFlow, Keras, [any other tools]
• Experience in working with databases such as Cosmos DB, PostgreSQL, MongoDB.
• Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, data structures, and statistical models.

• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as Azure.
• Familiarity with software development best practices such as Agile and DevOps.
• Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
• Resolves software bugs
• Tests and integrates with other development tasks
• Adheres to the performance benchmark based on pre-defined requirements
• Possesses knowledge of database architecture and data models used
• Plans and prioritizes work
• Proactively reports all activities to the reporting managers
• Proactively seeks assistance as required
• Demonstrates problem solving and innovation ability.
• Participates in company technical evaluations and coding challenges.
