Job Summary

Seeking an astute individual with a strong technical foundation and hands-on ability in AI-driven Global Supply Chain Solutions Software Product Company. The role involves end-to-end functional ownership of demand planning solutions, translating supply chain business needs into scalable system designs, ensuring alignment with manufacturing and retail operations, and driving successful delivery through collaboration, UAT validation, and continuous optimization of planning processes. Deep knowledge of industry best practices, DevOps, and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) is also required.

Must Have

  • Act as a functional bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
  • Convert business needs into functional specifications and solution designs.
  • Perform impact analysis for enhancements, fixes, and data model changes.
  • Work closely with product, platform, and engineering teams during solution design.
  • Support UAT planning, execution, defect triage, and sign-off.
  • Validate system behavior against real-world manufacturing and production constraints.
  • Assist in resolving production issues and customer escalations.
  • 3+ years of experience in the Supply Chain domain within production-based/manufacturing/retail enterprises.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain workflows.
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership.
  • Experienced in handling large-scale, data-intensive supply chain systems.

Overview:

  • Seeking an astute individual that has a strong technical foundation with the additional ability to be hands-on with the broader engineering team as part of the development/deployment cycle, and deep knowledge of industry best practices, Devops and Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) experience with the ability to implement them working with both the platform, and the product teams.

Scope:

  • Own end-to-end functional ownership of demand planning solutions by translating supply chain business needs into scalable system designs and ensuring alignment with manufacturing and retail operations. Drive successful delivery through close collaboration with stakeholders, UAT validation, and continuous optimization of planning processes.

  • Software: Java, Springboot, Gradle, GIT, Hibernate, Rest API, OAuth, Python, Powershell
  • Application Architecture: Scalable, Resilient, event driven, secure multi-tenant Microservices architecture
  • Cloud Architecture: MS Azure (ARM templates, AKS, HD insight, Application gateway, Virtue Networks, Event Hub, Azure AD)

What you’ll do:

  • Reduce rework by driving clear upfront functional clarity.
  • Support optimization initiatives across demand, supply, and production planning.
  • Ensure smooth handoffs between development and business teams.
  • Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain workflows
  • Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders and leadership
  • Experienced in handling large-scale, data-intensive supply chain systems
