Process Quality Manufacturing Engineer

Are you passionate about quality and manufacturing? We are seeking enthusiastic individuals who aspire to excel in quality management at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility.

Your role:

  • Develops and maintains advanced quality control processes to ensure product compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Conducts root cause analysis to address quality issues in manufacturing processes, implementing corrective and preventive actions to enhance product reliability.
  • Works under general supervision, utilizing independent judgment to ensure compliance and optimal performance, and possesses a basic understanding of Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA), regulations, and standards.
  • Utilizes quality management tools like Quality Function Deployment (QFD), Design of Experiments (DOE), and Statistical Process Control (SPC) to address potential quality risks.
  • Conducts hazard analysis to prevent product contamination and minimize operational risks.
  • Analyzes and reports on key quality performance metrics, generating actionable insights and recommendations for senior management.
  • Conducts audits of processes and suppliers to ensure adherence to quality standards, driving continuous improvement.
  • Develops professional expertise and applies comprehensive knowledge of company products and services.
  • Provides training and mentorship to quality control staff and production personnel, fostering expertise in quality engineering.
  • Participates in continuous improvement initiatives using Lean Six Sigma methodologies to streamline processes and achieve operational excellence.

  • MBO or Bachelor Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering or related study;
  • Desire to grow and develop in quality management;

  • Communicative and social skills and able to bring across information;
  • Able to communicate with different disciplines.
