Must Have
- Highly proficient in Excel/Google Sheets (formulas, pivot tables, charts, data analysis)
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle sensitive data responsibly
- Strong communicator with solid problem-solving and analytical thinking skills
- Ability to build and maintain HR dashboards
- Ability to maintain, clean, and update employee data across HR systems with 100% accuracy
- Ability to analyze large HR datasets using Excel/Google Sheets to generate insights for leadership
- Ability to identify process gaps using data audits and support automation/simplification of manual workflows
Good to Have
- Familiar with HR systems/tools (e.g., Darwinbox)

The Role: HR Intern
What You’ll Own
- Build and maintain HR dashboards to track key people metrics and trends
- Maintain, clean, and update employee data across HR systems with 100% accuracy
