Job Summary
Iron Mountain is looking for a dedicated Fiduciary Administrative Assistant to join our Operations team. This role is key to ensuring the proper handling of trusts, document control, physical validation of files, and direct support to our client on-site. The assistant will be responsible for the attention, execution, and follow-up of operational and administrative processes related to fiduciary documentation and its secure safekeeping.
Must Have
- Receive trusts and manage their complete document control process.
- Perform physical validation of files, classification, integrity review, quality control, and document preparation.
- Execute digitization activities, information capture, database creation, and generation of upload files.
- Perform loading and transfer maneuvers of boxes, using hand trucks when required (light but constant operational activity).

What You’ll Do - Responsibilities
You will be responsible for the attention, execution, and follow-up of operational and administrative processes related to fiduciary documentation and its secure safekeeping.
- Receive trusts and manage their complete document control process.
- Perform physical validation of files, classification, integrity review, quality control, and document preparation.
- Execute digitization activities, information capture, database creation, and generation of upload files.

What You’ll Bring - Skills and Qualifications
- Basic knowledge or experience in trusts, document classification, and administrative processes.
- Experience in database management, document validation, and information capture.
- Ability to physically move boxes and transfer documents.
- General knowledge of national laws applicable to document or fiduciary management.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Law or related legal or fiduciary field.
