Job Summary

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Imaging Production Specialist I to join our Imaging Center team. In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end process of document preparation, scanning, quality control, and indexing of customer documents, ensuring high levels of accuracy and meeting critical customer deadlines. You will be part of a dedicated workforce in a global company that celebrates the skills you bring.

What You’ll Do (Core Responsibilities)

In this role, you will:

  • Lead the document preparation and scanning process, including sorting and logging incoming and outgoing mail, to ensure documents are digitized efficiently.
  • Collaborate with Imaging Center personnel to prioritize workload and ensure timely turnaround of completed work in alignment with specific customer requirements and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
  • Ensure compliance with organizational guidelines, business value rules, and customer-specific requirements by accurately reviewing and indexing specialized documents and performing quality control on digitized materials.
