The Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Specialist will shape how Iron Mountain attracts, engages, and retains talent across LATAM & North America. This role involves designing and executing impactful recruitment marketing campaigns, leading career fairs and referral programs, and creating multimedia content. The specialist will manage paid campaigns on various digital platforms and act as an employer brand champion, collaborating with global and regional teams to align strategies and continuously improve talent attraction efforts.
Must Have

ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The Recruitment Marketing & Employer Brand Specialist is a creative storyteller and a passionate brand builder who knows how to connect and inspire talent through impactful campaigns and content. Reporting directly to the Global Recruitment Marketing Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how Iron Mountain attracts, engages, and retains talent across LATAM & North America.
In this role, you’ll balance creativity, innovation, and strategy with hands-on execution. From digital campaigns and referral programs to career fairs and employer branding activations, you will have the opportunity to design and deliver initiatives that position Iron Mountain as an employer of choice in the region.
You’ll collaborate with colleagues across Talent Acquisition, HR, Marketing and Communications in North America, Asia Pacific and Europa/Middle East to ensure our recruitment marketing strategy is both impactful and consistent with our global employer brand. Above all, we’re looking for someone who doesn’t just execute, but proactively proposes ideas and creative solutions to reach more candidates and expand our talent pipelines.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute recruitment marketing campaigns across LATAM, ensuring cultural relevance in six unique markets.
- Lead career fairs, referral programs, and engagement initiatives to strengthen our talent pipeline.
- Create and deliver multimedia content (social, digital ads, video, print) using Adobe Suite and other tools.
- Manage and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Spotify Ads.
- Act as an employer brand champion, developing EVP activations and initiatives that turn employees into brand ambassadors.
- Partner with global and regional teams to align campaigns with business strategy while maintaining brand consistency.
- Monitor results, share insights, and continuously improve our recruitment marketing strategy.
The Ideal Candidate
- Based in Colombia or Mexico (mandatory – role is fully remote).
- 3–5 years of experience in Marketing, Communications, Employer Branding, and Talent Acquisition in a global or corporate environment.
- Proven experience creating and executing employer brand and recruitment marketing strategies.
- Skilled in digital advertising platforms (Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Spotify Ads).
- Experience organizing career fairs, referral programs, or candidate engagement initiatives.
- Strong communicator, fluent in English and Spanish (Portuguese is a plus).
- Brings a creative, proactive mindset with the ability to balance innovation and data-driven decision making.
