As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will manage the full scope of recruitment and selection for a given business unit, including demand assessment, ad management, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer management. You will also engage in active sourcing, market research, competitor monitoring, and act as a consultant to HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, presenting market information and results. Administrative tasks like ATS management and interview organization are also part of the role, along with participation in employer branding and marketing activities.

Must Have

What tasks await you?

  • Full-scope management of recruitment and selection for the given business unit: demand assessment, ad management, candidate sourcing, interview preparation, and offer preparation.
  • Active sourcing: addressing passive candidates, market research, competitor monitoring.
  • Consulting role: collaboration with HR Business Partners and Hiring Managers, presentation of market information and results.
  • Administration: ATS management, interview organization, support for the onboarding process.
  • Employer branding and marketing collaboration: participation in job fairs, events, and employer branding projects.
