As Manufacturing Manager, you will be responsible for implementing manufacturing systems to ensure compliance with quality, cost, and delivery objectives. Your daily tasks include executing client production programs, optimizing human, financial, material, and technical resources, ensuring manufacturing quality, implementing continuous improvement activities, coordinating with functional areas, promoting a productive and safe work environment, and developing cost reduction projects.

As Manufacturing Manager on our team, you will: Responsible to the Manufacturing Superintendent for implementing manufacturing systems that ensure compliance with the quality, cost, and delivery objectives of their area.

In your daily job you will:

• Ensure that each client's specific production programs are carried out and adhered to.
• Execute strategies and activities that optimize the use of human, financial, material, and technical resources.
• Execute strategies that ensure compliance with the manufacturing quality system.
• Implement activities for the continuous improvement of the manufacturing system in their area.
• Coordinate with the plant and/or central functional areas regarding the services required by the manufacturing area.
• Promote a productive and safe work environment in their area.
• Develop cost reduction and continuous improvement projects.

YOUR BACKGROUND

• Key skills and competencies for succeeding in this role are:
• Bachelor's degree terminated in Industrial Engineering or related
• English level intermediate
• +3 years of experience in manufacturing
• MS Office
• Previous experience in Manufacturing Systems Administration
• Professional experience managing complex supply chains, tooling suppliers, and manufacturing.
