Job Summary

The Industrial Engineer will be responsible for conducting time and motion studies, optimizing production processes and layouts using lean principles, and leading efficiency improvement projects. Key duties include plant capacity planning, eliminating production constraints, improving ergonomics, and providing lean tool training. The role requires a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field and 5-7 years of experience.

Must Have

  • Conduct time and motion study to define standard time for production calculation
  • Support new project team to define and optimize process flow/line on CT, HC, and material handlings
  • Layout planning for new programs and optimization for existing programs based on lean principles
  • Lead efficiency improvement projects to maximize utilization of automatic facilities, equipment, and personnel
  • Implement plant capacity planning and eliminate production constraints
  • Improve Ergonomics work of new and old equipment design
  • Organize and lead cross-department lean projects
  • Provide lean tool training and online coaching to Kaizen and problem solving
  • Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related
  • At least 5-7 years related working experience
  • Very familiar with Automation process and Lean tools (Kanban, Standard Work, TPM & Autonomous Maintenance, SMED)
  • Multi-national company experience and work proficiency with Auto CAD
  • Good communication skill, systemic thinking, strong sense of logic, result-oriented with highly self-motivated
  • Good written and read English skill

Job Description

  • Layout planning for new programs, and layout optimization for existing programs based on lean principles
  • Lead efficiency improvement projects to maximize the utilization of automatic facilities, equipment and personnel
  • Implement plant capacity planning and eliminate the production constraint
  • Improve Ergonomics work of new equipment design and the old equipment as well
  • Organize and lead the cross-department lean projects
  • Provide lean tool training and online coaching to Kaizen and problem solving

QUALIFICATION:

  • Bachelor's degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing or related
  • At least 5 -7 years related working experience
  • Very familiar with the Automation process and Lean tools, like: Kanban, Standard Work, TPM & Autonomous Maintenance, SMED, etc
  • Multi-national company experience and work proficiency with Auto CAD
  • Good communication skill, Good at systemic thinking, strong sense of logic, result-oriented with highly self-motivated
  • Good written and read English skill
