Technician, Shift Process, Real Defect Analysis & Metrology

A RAM (RDA and Metrology) TD Technician at Micron is responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving lot moves efficiency in the RAM Area. This involves systematic problem-solving, troubleshooting, and utilizing automation and PC/software skills to enhance operations. Key tasks include analyzing measurement data, conducting GR&R, fixing RAM tools, optimizing recipes for lot disposition, and setting up data collections. The role works closely with TD RAM Engineers and F10 Shift Operations teams to ensure efficient and accurate defect analysis and metrology processes.

Must Have

• Monitor, sustain, and improve lot moves in RAM Area
• Work in partnership with TD RAM Engineers and F10 Shift Operations
• Improve lot moves efficiency and cycle time
• Perform basic analysis of measurement data, including GR&R
• Fix RAM tools and performance for process deviation investigations
• Work on lot disposition at RAM steps, including recipe optimization
• Setup data collections via GDM and/or DT

A RAM (RDA and Metrology) TD Technician are responsible for monitoring, sustaining, and improving the lot moves in RAM Area, while working in partnership with TD RAM Engineers as well as F10 Shift Operations team members from both RAM and other process areas. In this role, RAM TD Technicians:

• Study lot moves performance and improve lot moves efficiency.
• Monitor and improve cycle time through systematic problem-solving and troubleshooting.
• Use automation and PC/software skills to improve operations efficiency by preparing records, charts, and graphs to identify area of improvement.
• Perform basic analysis of measurement data, including conducting GR&R and fixing RAM tools and performance to support investigations for process deviations.
• Work on lot disposition at RAM steps including recipe optimization for lots stuck at step.
• Setup data collections via Germ Deviation Manager (GDM) and/or Dynamic Traveler (DT)
