Job Summary
SOFTSWISS is expanding its team and seeking an Associate HR Business Partner. This role involves supporting the daily HR operations of the Support team, acting as a key contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth communication, engagement, and administrative processes. The successful candidate will contribute to team wellbeing, facilitate onboarding, and strengthen HR support within the Tbilisi office.
Must Have
- Provide daily HR support to the Support team (~70 employees)
- Act as one of the points of contact for employee questions and requests
- Assist HRBP in handling communication and engagement initiatives
- Monitor team morale, attendance, and general office atmosphere during shifts
- Participate in onboarding, welcome meetings, and 1-on-1 sessions with HR
- Support local HR administration and coordination tasks if needed
- Daily presence in the Tbilisi office is required
- At least 1 year of experience in HR
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proactive, approachable, and reliable team player
- Proficient in Russian – both in written and verbal communication
- English level: B2 or higher

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for supporting the daily HR operations of the Support team by acting as a key point of contact for employees, fostering a positive work environment, and ensuring smooth communication, engagement, and administrative processes. Your role will contribute to maintaining team wellbeing, facilitating onboarding and employee interactions, and strengthening overall HR support within the Tbilisi office.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide daily HR support to the Support team (~70 employees)
- Act as one of the points of contact for employee questions and requests
- Assist HRBP in handling communication and engagement initiatives
- Monitor team morale, attendance, and general office atmosphere during shifts
- Participate in onboarding, welcome meetings, and 1-on-1 sessions with HR
- Support local HR administration and coordination tasks if needed
- Work format: onsite, Monday to Friday. Daily presence in the Tbilisi office is required
Required Experience:
