Join Micron's inclusive team as an Assembly Process Engineer in Singapore. This role involves identifying, diagnosing, and resolving assembly process problems, coordinating and executing process optimization initiatives, and leading continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities. You will also validate new process baselines, support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC, manage material suppliers, and assist with internal and external audits. A Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering is required, along with strong analytical, logical, and critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a growth mindset.

Must Have

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems
  • Coordinate and execute process, equipment and material evaluation / optimization initiatives
  • Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
  • Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified
  • Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC
  • Support site to site portability
  • Manage / audit material suppliers
  • Support internal and external audits

  • Identify, diagnose and resolve assembly process related problems

  • Lead / participate in continuous yield improvement and cost reduction activities
  • Validate and fan out new process baseline qualified, including new process, tools and/or materials for new product introduction
  • Support SPC/FDC/RMS/APC
  • Support site to site portability
  • Manage / audit material suppliers to achieve quality, cost and risk management objectives
  • Support internal and external audits

Job Requirements, Qualifications/ Experience

  • Bachelor's or advanced degree in Engineering is required
  • Strong analytical, logical and critical thinking skills
  • Effective communicator, able to collaborate across all levels
  • Growth mindset with a passion for continuous learning
  • Internship or experience in the semiconductor industry is a plus
  • Interest in and knowledge of the semiconductor industry and Micron is preferred
