Job Summary

Slovenské elektrárne is forming a new team to systematically evaluate, improve, and transform key processes across the company. We are looking for a specialist whose main task will be to analyze, compare, and evaluate process functioning to increase their efficiency and added value, focusing on both data and the people behind it.

Must Have

Monitoring and analysis of internal processes and teams performance
Identifying inefficient activities and proposing concrete improvements
Evaluating financial and non-financial efficiency
Developing recommendations, clear analyses, and reports for management
Collaborating on proposals for digitalization, automation, or AI utilization
Participating in the creation of business cases for transformation measures
Maintaining an overview of performance indicators across the company

Good to Have

Practical knowledge of methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma

Job Description

In Slovenské elektrárne, we are creating a new team that will systematically evaluate, improve, and transform key processes across the entire company. We are looking for a specialist for this team whose main task will be to analyze, compare, and evaluate the functioning of processes with the aim of increasing their efficiency and added value – not only through numbers but also through the people behind them.

Job Responsibilities

Monitoring and analysis of internal processes and teams performance.
Identifying inefficient activities and proposing concrete improvements.
Evaluating financial and non-financial efficiency.
Developing recommendations, clear analyses, and reports for management.
Collaborating on proposals for digitalization, automation, or AI utilization.
Participating in the creation of business cases for transformation measures.
Maintaining an overview of performance indicators across the company.

Who We Are Looking For

University degree (second level) (economics, management, IT or related fields).
Minimum 2 years of experience with performance analysis, KPI, process optimization.
Knowledge of tools like Excel, Power BI, or other analytical platforms.
Practical knowledge of methodologies like Lean or Six Sigma is an advantage.
Interest in digitalization and the use of AI in practice.
Analytical, systematic thinking and ability to present conclusions factually and clearly.
Integrity.
