Job Summary

The Human Resources Manager/Supervisor will be responsible for full-cycle recruitment of key positions in R&D, process, production, and supply chain, including proactive talent sourcing and mapping. This role also involves participating in the implementation and optimization of HR modules such as performance, compensation, employee relations, and training. The manager will assist with team building, talent inventory, and providing targeted HR solutions for manufacturing, while also optimizing HR processes to improve efficiency.

Must Have

  • Responsible for full-process recruitment for key positions (R&D, process, production, supply chain)
  • Proactively source and identify mid-to-high-end talent
  • Participate in HR module implementation and optimization (performance, compensation, employee relations, training & development)
  • Assist business departments with team building, talent inventory, and talent pipeline construction
  • Provide targeted HR solutions by understanding manufacturing pain points
  • Streamline and optimize HR-related processes
  • Bachelor's degree or above
  • 5+ years of HR experience, with at least 3 years focused on recruitment or headhunting
  • Familiarity with manufacturing talent market and efficient matching of technical and production management roles
  • Mastery of full-scope HR management knowledge and ability to drive performance and compensation projects
  • Strong communication and coordination skills

Job Introduction

This position is for a group subsidiary.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the full-process recruitment of key positions such as R&D, process, production, and supply chain, proactively sourcing and identifying mid-to-high-end talent, and establishing an industry talent map.

2. Participate in the implementation and optimization of human resource modules such as performance, compensation, employee relations, and training and development.

3. Assist business departments in team building, talent inventory, and talent pipeline construction.

4. Deeply understand the pain points of the manufacturing end in business departments and provide targeted human resource solutions.

5. Sort out and optimize human resource-related processes to improve operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with more than 5 years of human resources work experience, including at least 3 years focused on recruitment or with a headhunting background.

2. Experience in large and medium-sized enterprises in the electronic manufacturing industry (such as consumer electronics, automotive electronics, semiconductors, etc.) is preferred.

3. Familiar with the manufacturing talent market and capable of efficiently matching technical and production management positions.

4. Master full-scope human resource management knowledge and possess the ability to drive projects in modules such as performance and compensation.

5. Strong communication and coordination skills, high stress resistance, results-oriented, and adaptable to a fast-paced work environment.
