Job Summary
The Financial Manager is responsible for organizing financial accounting and reporting in compliance with Chinese laws and group regulations. Key duties include analyzing factors affecting earnings, establishing internal control systems, managing company capital, and preparing budgets and forecasts. The role also involves maintaining relationships with external authorities and coordinating internal and external audits. The ideal candidate will manage financial personnel and ensure accurate financial reporting.

Job Description
Main Responsibilities:
1. Organize the accounting work and finance reports to ensure they follow related China laws and group regulations.
2. Responsible for financial problems diagnosis and analysis and put forward suggestions for production operation and cost control.
3. Responsible for setting up and maintaining internal control system to ensure company assets to keep values.
4. Responsible for capital operating to ensure that company capital must be used normally.
5. To support and prepare annual operating planning / budgeting process according to the company’s guidelines.
6. Keep good relationship with foreign exchange bureau, tax bureau, bank and relevant government authorities.
7. Carry out other job assigned by company.
8. Key Performance Indicators:
- Manage financial personnel and daily work to ensure accounting and financial reports comply with accounting standards and management requirements.
- Submit correct financial reports to headquarters, including monthly management reports prepared according to IFRS and regular statutory financial reports.
- Ensure good communication and follow up in relation to relevant departments.
- Assist in completing internal and external audit work to ensure audit tasks are effectively and efficiently.
Qualification requirement:
Education background:
- Bachelor degree or above in accounting.
Experience:
- Good Knowledge and experiences on SAP/ERP system utilization.
- At least 5 years of accounting/reporting experience in foreign enterprises.
- Strong experience in finance and accounting, familiar with relevant China laws, rules and regulations in finance and accounting fields, have knowledge in IFRS.
Key Skills:
- Excellent knowledge of Accounting software & MS office.
- Be good in oral and written English and Chinese.
- Good problem solving skills, can work independently.
