Job Summary
The Global Talent Acquisition Specialist at Fortra is responsible for full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and countries, with a strong emphasis on international hiring. This role involves building a diverse talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, networking, and strategic recruitment. The specialist will collaborate with hiring managers, develop job specifications, screen candidates, manage interviews, and ensure a positive candidate experience while promoting Fortra's employer brand.
Must Have
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and review job descriptions.
- Assist in developing and revising job specifications and descriptions.
- Perform proactive, full-cycle recruiting to build a diverse pipeline for current and future roles.
- Identify effective recruitment methods, including creative approaches to attract top talent.
- Draft and post recruitment advertisements and job postings.
- Coordinate and schedule candidate interviews.
- Screen candidates through resume reviews, interviews, and assessments.
- Connect qualified candidates with hiring managers and maintain communication throughout the process.
- Verify candidate credentials and provide guidance on salary negotiations.
- Maintain a strong presence in industry networks and communities.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience and help build and maintain Fortra’s brand as an employer of choice.
- 5+ years of experience in global and international recruitment.
- Experience in the technology and/or cybersecurity industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Thorough understanding of technology, technical roles, and technical skills.
- Thorough understanding of recruiting methods and best practices.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and recruiting tools/applicant tracking systems (ideally Workday).
- Experience working with diverse and wide-reaching networks.
