Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and creative specialist to manage our official casino Telegram channel and drive high audience engagement. As a Telegram Channel Manager, you will be responsible for content development, planning, moderating interactions, and supporting automated communication flows.

Must Have

  • Manage the Telegram channel, publish offers, updates, and deals
  • Prepare engaging copy and visual assets
  • Develop a content calendar
  • Build a pipeline of exclusive offers for subscribers
  • Collaborate with Product and CRM teams for timely promo launches
  • Moderate user interactions inside the chat bot
  • Create automated message flows and sequences via SendPulse
  • Configure triggers and segmentation for user engagement
  • Prepare weekly and monthly analytics: channel growth, engagement, offer performance, CTR, ER
  • Participate in weekly planning meetings and provide insights
  • 1+ year of experience in SMM, CRM, or content marketing
  • Strong understanding of Telegram tools (channels, chat bots, admin panel)
  • Experience with SendPulse or similar platforms
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Advanced level of English (B2+ and above)

Good to Have

  • iGaming experience is a strong plus
  • Knowledge of Russian is an asset

Purpose of the role:

As a Telegram Channel Manager, you will be responsible for content development, planning, moderating interactions, and supporting automated communication flows.

Key responsibilities:

  • Content & Communication Manage the Telegram channel: publish hot offers, key updates, and special deals for subscribers. Prepare engaging copy and visual assets in line with brand guidelines. Develop a content calendar based on the event schedule, seasonal campaigns, and product launches.
  • Offers & Promotions Build a pipeline of exclusive offers tailored for channel subscribers. Collaborate with the Product and CRM teams to ensure timely launch of promos and activations.
  • Moderation & Chat Bot Management Moderate user interactions inside the chat bot. Create automated message flows and sequences via SendPulse. Configure triggers and segmentation to improve user engagement.
  • Analytics & Planning Prepare weekly and monthly analytics: channel growth, engagement metrics, offer performance, CTR, ER. Participate in weekly planning meetings and provide insights for strategy improvement.

Required Experience:

  • 1+ year of experience in SMM, CRM, or content marketing (iGaming experience is a strong plus).
  • Strong understanding of Telegram tools (channels, chat bots, admin panel).
  • Experience with SendPulse or similar platforms (e.g., UniSender, Mailchimp).
  • Excellent communicative skills
  • Advanced level of English (B2+ and above)
  • Knowledge of Russian is an asset.
