Job Summary
Amanotes is seeking a Junior User Acquisition Specialist for Facebook Ads to manage, execute, and optimize campaigns for mobile games and apps. The role involves continuous monitoring of performance metrics like CPI, CTR, ROAS, and Retention, collaborating with creative and data teams for ad material testing and user data analysis. Candidates should have 1-2 years of experience with Facebook Ads for mobile, strong understanding of UA funnels, tracking tools, A/B testing, and a data-driven mindset.
Must Have
- Take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for mobile games or apps
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, and Retention
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to test and optimize ad materials
- Work with the Data team to analyze user data, forecast performance, and identify optimization opportunities
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices
- 1-2 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for mobile apps/games
- Strong understanding of UA funnels, tracking, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase…)
- Skilled in A/B testing, campaign scaling, and optimizing CPI/ROAS
Good to Have
- Experienced with global markets (US, EU, Tier-1)
- Experience with casual, or hyper-casual game projects or apps

Job Description
We’re looking for User Acquisition Junior (Facebook Ads) for App and Mobile Games.
Location HCM (on-site), Ha Noi (Remote)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Take full responsibility for planning, executing, and optimizing Facebook Ads campaigns for mobile games (especially casual genres) or apps
- Continuously monitor campaign performance and improve key metrics such as CPI, CTR, ROAS, and Retention.
- Collaborate closely with the Creative team to test and optimize ad materials (video, static, playable, etc.).
- Work with the Data team to analyze user data, forecast performance, and identify optimization opportunities by market and audience.
- Stay updated with the latest Facebook Ads trends, algorithms, and best practices, especially for mobile game marketing.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1–2 years of proven experience running Facebook Ads for mobile apps/games.
- Preferably experienced with global markets (US, EU, Tier-1).
- Strong understanding of UA funnels, tracking, and attribution tools (AppsFlyer, Adjust, Firebase…).
- Skilled in A/B testing, campaign scaling, and optimizing CPI/ROAS.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to extract actionable insights from dashboards.
- Proactive, responsible, and quick to adapt to changes in ad platforms.
- A plus: experience with casual, or hyper-casual game projects or apps
