Job Summary
SOFTSWISS is looking for an experienced Business Account Manager to build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients. The role involves understanding client business specifics, identifying potential issues, proposing solutions, creating development plans, and ensuring client satisfaction and growth in collaboration with the casino platform team. The ideal candidate will resolve ongoing issues and track key project metrics.
Must Have
- Establish and nurture strong long-term relationships with clients and key people on client’s side
- Understand client business specifics and how it operates
- Identify the potential issues and problems client business is facing to propose solutions to solve them
- Create client’s development plan and strategy
- Be responsible for the general client satisfaction and growth in close collaboration with casino platform team
- Resolve ongoing issues and problems
- Forecast and track key projects metrics
- English B2
- Russian B2
- Strong communication, negotiation and team collaboration skills
- Strong knowledge of IT industry and how the major processes function
- 2+ years in account management and/or customer success management
- Previous experience with creating and implementing strong relationships with clients
