Job Summary
SOFTSWISS is seeking a data-driven and impact-focused Marketing & Business Intelligence Analyst to join their Marketing Team. This role involves owning end-to-end marketing and sales funnel analytics, connecting performance data across various business units, and providing actionable insights. The analyst will drive a data-informed marketing engine, enhance campaign ROI, optimize conversion rates, and support strategic decision-making for sustainable growth.
Must Have
- Own the Marketing and Sales Funnel analytics: monitor lead flow, conversion rates, identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization actions.
- Connect marketing and business data (traffic, leads, opportunities, revenue) to evaluate ROI of campaigns, channels, and segments.
- Develop and maintain dashboarding and reporting frameworks that visualize marketing and sales KPIs.
- Support forecasting and business planning through modeling of pipeline dynamics, cost per lead, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Finance to align metrics, targets, and shared growth objectives.
- Lead and coordinate the CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization) process: design hypotheses, run experiments, and drive continuous improvement of conversion metrics.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reviews that highlight key insights, risks, and growth opportunities.
- Work on ad hoc analyses that inform strategic decisions, e.g., new market entry, event ROI, or content efficiency.
- University degree in Marketing, Economics, Business Analytics, or Finance.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing analytics, performance analysis, or business intelligence, preferably in B2B tech / SaaS / iGaming / FinTech.
- Strong knowledge of B2B funnel metrics (MQL, SAL, pipeline conversion).
- Proficiency with CRM and automation tools (HubSpot, Pipedrive, etc.) and ability to extract and transform funnel data.
- Solid experience with Excel, web analytics (Google Analytics / GA4), and data visualization tools (Tableau).
- Ability to interpret data and tell the business story behind it.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing performance metrics, attribution, and ROI models.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, especially in explaining insights to non-analytical stakeholders.
- Upper-Intermediate/Advanced English.
- Fluency in Russian is a must-have.

Purpose of the role:
You will be responsible for driving a data-informed marketing engine by owning marketing and sales funnel analytics, connecting performance data across channels and business units, and delivering actionable insights that enhance campaign ROI, optimize conversion rates, and support strategic decision-making.
Key responsibilities:
- Own the Marketing and Sales Funnel analytics: monitor lead flow, conversion rates (Lead→MQL→SAL→ Deal), identify bottlenecks, and recommend optimization actions.
- Connect marketing and business data (traffic, leads, opportunities, revenue) to evaluate ROI of campaigns, channels, and segments.
- Develop and maintain dashboarding and reporting frameworks that visualize marketing and sales KPIs and support decision-making for the CMO and leadership team.
- Support forecasting and business planning through modeling of pipeline dynamics, cost per lead, and customer acquisition efficiency.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, Business Development, and Finance to align metrics, targets, and shared growth objectives.
