PSP Analyst - Junior

SOFTSWISS is hiring a PSP Analyst to join their PSP team. This role involves technical analysis and reporting of payment transaction processing and system performance. The specialist will gain valuable insights from payment data, supporting strategic decisions. Key responsibilities include analyzing payment methods' performance, transaction rates across different regions, and evaluating regional coverage. The role requires strong analytical skills and a thorough understanding of the IT industry.

Must Have

• Analyze payment methods' performance
• Analyze payment transaction rates across different regions
• Evaluate regional performance and coverage
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods
• Proficiency in Russian (B2/Native)
• Proficiency in English (B1/B2)
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• At least one year of experience as an analyst
• Thorough understanding of the IT industry and its major processes

Good to Have

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
• Background in analysis, familiarity with the Gambling or iGaming sector
• Basic knowledge of Devcode (or other gateways) and platform functionality understanding

• Analyze payment transaction rates across different regions
• Evaluate regional performance and coverage
• Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge of payment methods

Required Experience:

• Russian - B2/Native
• English - B1/B2
• Exceptional communication, negotiation and analytical skills
• At least one year of experience as an analyst
• Thorough understanding of the IT industry and its major processes
• Eagerness to continuously learn and develop professionally, staying abreast of the latest best practices

Nice to have:

• Experience in Fintech, Payments, or Payment Service Providers (PSPs)
