Software Engineer – Data & ETL Technologies

Synechron is seeking a knowledgeable and proactive Software Engineer specializing in ETL development and emerging technologies. In this role, you will design, develop, and optimize data integration and transformation solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business needs. Your expertise will support ongoing digital transformation initiatives, ensuring high-quality, scalable, and secure data workflows aligned with organizational goals and industry best practices.

Must Have

• Strong understanding of data management and integration concepts, including data warehousing and ETL processes.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Node.js, with experience applying these skills to data workflows.
• Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases like Oracle, MySQL, or comparable systems.
• Familiarity with data transformation and pipeline tools such as Informatica, Talend, or equivalent.
• Knowledge of SDLC and Agile methodologies for development and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design scalable data workflows and pipelines.
• Develop, test, and maintain ETL scripts and workflows ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and security.
• Optimize data transformation processes for performance, scalability, and supportability.
• Support system upgrades, patches, and deployment activities for data pipelines and related systems.
