Job Summary
You will join Sopra Steria's internal Information System Department (DSI), responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the internal IS for all management processes across HR, Finance, Commerce, Purchasing, CSR, etc., for all Group entities. Managing a portfolio of over 130 applications, the DSI is responsible for the urbanization, operational maintenance, and security of the internal Information System. You will contribute to the operational maintenance of IS applications and participate in innovative projects in an international context.
Must Have
- Verify application compliance (end-to-end tests, integration validation, exploitability check)
- Participate in the production releases of evolutions or new applications
- Configure and deploy applications
- Supervise applications
- Monitor production incidents in coordination with DSI teams
- Monitor the group's operational activity: mergers/acquisitions
- Acquire skills in key operational trades and processes of the group
- At least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Testing Engineer, or Project Owner
- Master SQL queries
- Bac+5 degree from an Engineering school or equivalent university training
- Comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing

Job Description
You will join Sopra Steria's internal Information System Department (DSI), whose role is to ensure the proper functioning of the internal IS for all management processes in areas such as HR, Finance, Commerce, Purchasing, CSR, etc., across all Group entities.
Managing a portfolio of over 130 applications, the DSI is notably responsible for the urbanization of the internal Information System and its operational and security maintenance. To this end, it ensures the design, implementation, deployment, and integration of reliable IT solutions adapted to the Group's challenges and strategy.
You will join a team of twenty people consisting of IT engineers. You will also interact with all DSI experts (infrastructure, project, developers, etc.).
Your role and missions
You contribute to the Operational Maintenance (MCO) of the information system (IS) applications. You participate in innovative projects, across all business domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, etc.) and in an international context.
As a functional expert, your missions consist of:
- Verifying application compliance (end-to-end tests, validation of integration into the group's IS, verification of exploitability)
- Participating in the production releases of evolutions or new applications
- Configuring and deploying applications
- Supervising applications
- Monitoring production incidents in coordination with DSI teams
- Monitoring the group's operational activity: mergers/acquisitions
- Acquiring skills in the group's key operational trades and processes
Rich, varied, and constantly evolving technical environment: Cloud / SaaS, specific MVC development, .net, API, Power Platform, Power BI / Fabric…

Qualifications
Appreciating teamwork, you are recognized for your relational qualities. You know how to adapt to a wide diversity of interlocutors. You are autonomous and demonstrate rigor in carrying out your daily activities.
You are comfortable communicating in English, both orally and in writing.
You have at least 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Testing Engineer, or Project Owner. Thanks to your experiences, you have acquired functional and technical know-how allowing you to understand the solutions implemented within the DSI. You notably master SQL queries.
You hold a Bac+5 degree from an Engineering school or equivalent university training.
