Electrical/Electrotechnical Business Manager Engineer - Energy M/F

The Energy Business Unit is recruiting an Electrotechnical Business Manager Engineer (M/F) to work on hydroelectric dams. Key missions include analyzing client needs, conducting technical and economic studies, writing technical documents, supervising document validation, collaborating with stakeholders, managing consultations, monitoring construction sites, participating in work receptions, and ensuring reporting and financial follow-up.

Must Have

• Analyze client needs and technical data
• Perform technical and economic studies
• Write technical documents (notes, plans, schedules)
• Supervise the validation of execution documents
• Collaborate with various stakeholders
• Manage consultations and analyze subcontractor/supplier offers
• Monitor construction sites (planning, costs, quality, safety)
• Participate in work receptions and establish final reports
• Ensure reporting, financial monitoring, and document management
• Engineering degree or Master's (Bac+5) in electricity/electrotechnics
• Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
• Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electrotechnical subjects
• Ability to lead technical projects autonomously
• Ability to organize and conduct work meetings
• Strong analytical, synthesis, and clear document writing skills
