The Energy Business Unit is seeking an Electrotechnical Business Manager Engineer to work on hydroelectric dams. The role involves analyzing client needs, conducting technical and economic studies, drafting technical documents, supervising document validation, collaborating with stakeholders, managing subcontractor consultations, overseeing construction sites, participating in work receptions, and ensuring reporting, financial tracking, and document management.
Must Have
- Analyze client needs and technical data
- Perform technical and economic studies
- Draft technical documents (notes, plans, specifications)
- Supervise the validation of execution documents
- Collaborate with various stakeholders
- Manage consultations and analyze subcontractor/supplier offers
- Monitor construction sites (planning, costs, quality, safety)
- Participate in work receptions and prepare final reports
- Ensure reporting, financial monitoring, and document management
- Graduate of an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in electrical/electrotechnical engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an industrial environment
- Minimum 5 years of experience in electrical/electrotechnical subjects
- Ability to lead technical projects autonomously
- Ability to organize and conduct work meetings
- Demonstrate analytical, synthesis, and clear, structured document writing skills
