Area Manager (m/f/d) Mobile Security Services

Securitas, a global leader in professional security solutions, is seeking a dedicated Area Manager for mobile security services in Berlin. This role involves driving strategic existing customer development and sustainable new customer acquisition. The manager will be responsible for a high-quality service portfolio combined with modern technological security, leading supervisors and team leaders, ensuring strategic and financial business goals, fostering growth through sales strategies, acting as a holistic customer contact, and developing measures for employee satisfaction and talent development.

Must Have

• Responsible for high-quality service portfolio with modern security technology.
• Lead supervisors and team leaders for mobile units in your regional area.
• Ensure strategic and financial business goals through integrated security solutions.
• Promote growth via sales strategies for profitable existing customer development and new customer business.
• Act as a holistic customer contact and successfully collaborate in a matrix organization.
• Develop strategic measures for better employee satisfaction, proactively foster and develop talents.
• Completed vocational training in technical/commercial/industrial field (degree is an advantage).
• Several years of leadership experience in a comparable position with exceptional employee motivation skills.
• Business and entrepreneurial understanding, including experience with budget responsibility.
• Very good didactic and conceptual skills, as well as a pronounced service-oriented work approach.
• Excellent negotiation and consulting competence.
• Excellent understanding of complex relationships regarding commercial planning and the use of Business Intelligence tools.

Job Description

• As a manager (m/f/d), you are responsible for our high-quality service portfolio in conjunction with state-of-the-art technological security technology in close cooperation with our sales and project department.
• You lead supervisors and team leaders (m/f/d) for our mobile units in your regional area.
• You ensure our strategic and financial business goals through the implementation of our integrated security solutions Securitas Solutions.
• You promote growth through the implementation of concrete sales strategies regarding our profitable existing customer development and new customer business.
• You are a holistic customer contact and understand how to successfully collaborate in a matrix organization.
• You develop strategic measures for better employee satisfaction, proactively foster talents and develop them further.

Qualifications

• You preferably have completed vocational training in a technical/commercial/industrial field; a university degree is an advantage.
• You have several years of leadership experience in a comparable position with an exceptional orientation to motivate and convince our employees.
• You have business and entrepreneurial understanding, as well as experience with budget responsibility.
• You possess very good didactic and conceptual skills as well as a pronounced service-oriented way of working.
• You have excellent negotiation and consulting competence.
• You have an excellent understanding of complex relationships regarding commercial planning and the use of Business Intelligence tools.
