This role, reporting to the Sales Point Service Manager, is central to customer relations, acting as the primary contact between stores and the establishment. Responsibilities include customer phone reception, daily delivery monitoring, anomaly resolution, participation in quality withdrawal processes, and product proposals to stores, alongside various administrative tasks.
Must Have
- Telephone reception of customers: listening, identifying needs, guidance and follow-up.
- Daily monitoring of deliveries: management of delays, stockouts, schedule changes.
- Handling anomalies and incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Management of delivery disputes and recall withdrawals.
- MANDATORY mastery of office tools: Word, Excel, Outlook, document scanning.
- Essential experience in inbound and outbound calls.

Job Description
At the heart of the commercial relationship, you are the privileged contact between the stores and our establishment. Reporting to the Sales Point Service Manager, you ensure:
- Telephone reception of customers: listening, identifying needs, guidance and follow-up.
- Daily monitoring of deliveries: management of delays, stockouts, schedule changes.
- Handling anomalies and incidents to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Participation in the quality withdrawal process for delivered goods.
- Product proposals to stores.
🗂️ Associated administrative tasks:
- Management of delivery disputes and recall withdrawals (verification, research, scanning).
- Weekly statistical monitoring (disputes, volumes, hours) via our operating software.
- Archiving of recall withdrawals and donations.
- Application of carrier penalties.

Hours: 35h/week – Monday to Friday (Saturday may be worked) on 7h21 slots (between 6h-18h)
Contract type: Interim evolving to fixed-term contract then permanent contract
