As a Senior Anaplan Consultant, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in designing and deploying integrated planning and modeling solutions to optimize operational performance and strategic decision-making. You will be involved in analyzing business needs, designing the tool, and integrating it into the SI ecosystem. You will manage projects by coordinating all stakeholders and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.

You will be involved in analyzing business needs, designing the tool, and integrating it into the SI ecosystem. You will manage projects by coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.

Your main missions

• Choice and deployment of IT solutions
• Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
• Facilitating workshops and gathering user needs
• Drafting specifications and functional and technical requirements, taking into account business needs
• Forecasting resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
• Assistance with project ownership and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting…)
• Coordination of project teams
• Change management support (drafting documentation and deliverables, facilitating training…)
• Identification of commercial information

Qualifications

Graduated from an engineering, business, or university school, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you also have:

• A strong interest in integrated planning and information system management issues: the terms Anaplan, ERP, BI, financial modeling, and SI integration are familiar to you.
• A natural curiosity for current and emerging technologies: cloud solutions, collaborative planning platforms, process automation, and AI applied to data optimization.
• An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.
• A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
• A fluent level of English
