Job Summary
Within the Operations team, you will play a key role in the digital transformation of our internal processes. You will collaborate with business teams (Sales, CSM, Marketing, Creative...) to identify high-impact automation opportunities and deploy robust, intelligent, and maintainable solutions. Your responsibilities include analyzing needs, designing and developing automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools like n8n, integrating SaaS applications, orchestrating processes with APIs, and incorporating generative AI. You will also document and maintain automations, explain solutions to users, and perform active technological watch.
Must Have
- Analyze team needs to identify repetitive or error-prone processes suitable for automation.
- Design, prototype, and develop automated workflows using no-code/low-code tools like n8n.
- Integrate SaaS applications and connect APIs, ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Incorporate generative AI to automate certain tasks.
- Document automations and ensure regular maintenance in conjunction with the IT department.
- Explain automated solutions to user teams and ensure their adoption.
- Perform active technological watch on automation tools, new APIs, and generative AI evolutions.
- Proficiency in no-code/low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier).
- Understanding of APIs and SaaS integrations.
- Automation logic: flow design, error management, optimization.
- Experience or knowledge of generative AI models.
- Analytical mind and debugging ability.
- Minimum B2 level in English.

- Perform the complete orchestration of processes, effectively connecting APIs and ensuring their reliability, security, and performance
- Integrate generative AI to automate certain tasks
- Document your automations and ensure their regular maintenance in conjunction with the IT department
- Explain automated solutions to user teams and ensure their successful adoption through close support
- Conduct active technological watch on automation tools, new APIs, and generative AI developments, in order to propose concrete optimizations

Qualifications
The ideal candidate:
- Proficiency in no-code / low-code tools (n8n, Make, Zapier...)
- Understanding of APIs / SaaS integrations
- Automation logic: workflow design, error management, optimization
- Experience or knowledge of generative AI models
- Analytical mind, debugging ability
- Technological curiosity, business orientation, and service sense
- Autonomy, proactivity, rigor, and reliability
- Organization, respect for deadlines, results-oriented
- Team spirit, ability to popularize technical aspects
- English B2 minimum
