Job Summary

We are recruiting a Network Animator / Commercial Deployment and Performance Manager M/F for a permanent contract, starting in February 2026. This role is crucial for developing the commercial performance of 60 sales points across various regions. You will support stores in optimizing their turnover, deploying commercial tools and concepts, and advising business owners on activity development and continuous improvement. You will also animate the region through user clubs and regional meetings, and ensure communication between the field and headquarters.

Must Have

Ensure proper application of commercial policy and internal processes
Deploy commercial concepts and tools, ensuring adoption by local teams
Support and advise business owners in developing their activity and improving performance
Plan and prioritize development projects considering local specificities

Ensure liaison between the field and headquarters by relaying feedback
Confirmed experience in commercial development, network animation, or retail
Experience in a multi-site environment

Job Description

We are recruiting our Network Animator / Commercial Deployment and Performance Manager M/F. The position is for a permanent contract, with a start date in February 2026.

You will play a key role in developing the commercial performance of our 60 sales points, spread across the Centre East, Centre West, South East, and South West regions.

Reporting to the Network Animation Manager and integrated into a dynamic team of 6 collaborators, you will support stores in optimizing their turnover and deploying the commercial tools and concepts of the Business.

Your main missions:

Drive commercial performance: analyze results (turnover/sqm, key indicators), identify growth levers, and propose adapted action plans.
Ensure the proper application of the commercial policy and internal processes within the sales points.
Deploy commercial concepts and tools in the network, ensuring their appropriation by local teams.
Support and advise members (business owners) in developing their activity, resolving issues, and continuously improving their performance.
Plan and prioritize development projects, taking into account local specificities.
Animate the region: organize user clubs, regional meetings, and sharing moments around new tools and processes.
Ensure the link between the field and headquarters by relaying feedback and improvement proposals from the network.

Qualifications

Are you driven by commerce, performance, and network support?

You have confirmed experience in commercial development, network animation, or retail, ideally in a multi-site environment.

Your analytical skills, interpersonal skills, and ability to unite will make the difference.

Additional Information

You will be entitled to 2 days of remote work per week (Goodbye traffic jams 😊)

To successfully carry out your missions, working time will ideally be distributed as follows: 1 to 2 days per week in our regional offices + 3 to 4 days per week travel to sales points (company car).
