Job Summary
As a Senior Data Hub PMO, you will support Adone Conseil's clients in coordinating and managing projects related to Data Hub platforms, ensuring the quality, consistency, and performance of data flows within information systems. You will be involved in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and integrating them into the SI ecosystem. You will lead projects by coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.
Must Have
- Choice and deployment of IT solutions
- Analysis, formalization, and redesign of business processes
- Facilitating workshops and gathering user needs
- Drafting specifications and functional and technical requirements, considering business needs
- Forecasting resources (human, financial, technical) to be implemented
- Assistance to project ownership and E2E project management (planning, budgets, reporting…)
- Coordination of project teams
- Change management support (drafting documentation and deliverables, leading training sessions…)
- Identification of commercial information
- Degree from an engineering, business, or university, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation
- Strong appetite for data management and information systems issues
- Fluent English
- Autonomous, rigorous, proactive, with good leadership and decision-making skills

- Ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.

Job Description

You will be involved in analyzing business needs, designing solutions, and integrating them into the SI ecosystem. You will lead projects by coordinating all stakeholders (business teams, IT, publishers, integrators) and ensuring compliance with deadlines, budget, and delivered quality.
Your main missions

Qualifications
Graduated from an engineering, business, or university, ideally with an IT / Digital / Information Systems orientation, you also have:
- A strong appetite for data management and information systems issues: the terms Data Hub, ETL, SI integration, middleware, data governance do not scare you.
- An ability to be comfortable in an international environment, with good remote collaboration skills.
- A client-oriented approach: understanding needs, quality of deliverables, detection of commercial opportunities.
- A fluent English level.

- Agile & Lean methods: Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, design thinking
- Complex project management: planning, risk management, multi-stakeholder coordination.
