Job Summary

Ubisoft is a global leader in video games. The Web Analytics team is responsible for implementing website tracking and coordinating cross-web reporting and analysis for various Ubisoft services, monitoring web KPIs across its ecosystem including Ubisoft.com and Ubisoft Store. The Web Data Analyst Assistant intern will strengthen this team, working under the Senior Manager, Web Analytics & Platform, to develop expertise in the challenges of Ubisoft's web ecosystem.

Must Have

  • Participate in, create, and fully manage performance reports (web KPIs, cross-data source studies, global reporting).
  • Participate in continuous verification of data quality and reliability of shared tools.
  • Collaborate on the continuous improvement process for reporting content, UX, and ergonomics.
  • Contribute to the development of new activity measurement tools.
  • Support Ubisoft teams with analysis and performance reporting needs, especially using Power BI and/or Adobe Analytics.
  • Pursuing higher education with a specialization in Data, IT, or engineering.
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and mastery of Power BI.
  • Ability to communicate and interact in English, both orally and in writing.
  • Strong listening, analytical, and synthesis skills to understand business challenges and propose suitable technical solutions.

  • First experience in Data analysis or Visualization (academic or professional).
  • Notions of Gen AI.

Job Description

The Web Analytics team is responsible for implementing tracking on our sites and coordinating cross-web reporting & analysis for various Ubisoft services, in order to monitor the web KPIs of our ecosystem, which includes multiple destinations such as Ubisoft.com, Ubisoft Store, etc.

In this context, you will strengthen the team and will be under the responsibility of the Senior Manager, Web Analytics & Platform.

You will work on our web ecosystem and will thus be able to develop your expertise on its challenges.

More specifically, your missions will be as follows:

  • Participate in, create, and then fully manage a certain number of performance reports (monitoring of web KPIs, cross-data source web/game studies, global reporting, etc.);
  • Participate in the continuous verification of data quality and the reliability of shared tools;
  • Collaborate on our continuous improvement process, both on the content of reports and on their UX and ergonomics;
  • Contribute to the development of new activity measurement tools;
  • Support Ubisoft teams in their analysis and performance reporting needs, particularly through the creation of Power BI and/or Adobe Analytics dashboards.

Qualifications

  • You are pursuing higher education with a specialization in Data, IT, or engineering;
  • Ideally, you have initial experience in Data analysis or Visualization, whether in an academic or professional setting;
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and mastery of Power BI are necessary. Notions of Gen AI would be a plus;
  • You are able to express yourself and interact in English with international interlocutors, both orally and in writing;
  • Thanks to your listening, analytical, and synthesis skills, you understand the business challenges the team faces and propose the most suitable technical solutions to the expectations of our internal clients.

What is Ubisoft's telework policy?
