Business & Operations Director

Artificial Rome, a studio at the intersection of art, technology, space, and culture, seeks a Business & Operations Director. This role involves developing the studio internally and externally, focusing on business development without sales jargon. Responsibilities include organizing projects, building partnerships, and creating structures that support creative ideas. The ideal candidate has experience in a small, agile innovation studio, capable of maintaining lean processes while delivering ambitious projects that touch people's hearts.

Must Have

• Deliver projects smoothly: from contracts to completion, you keep things on track
• Spot new opportunities: partners, brands, cultural projects that truly fit us
• Build relationships: you’ll grow and maintain our network over time
• Shape studio structures: budgets, workflows, resources – all designed to give ideas room
• Shape culture: not just inside the studio, but in everything we put into the world

Good to Have

• Experience in public tenders and museal projects
• A hands-on approach, with the ability to keep the big picture in focus
