Night Concierge (M/F)

The Relais Christine, a 5-star boutique hotel in Saint-Germain-des-Prés, Paris, is seeking a dynamic and passionate Night Concierge. The role involves providing exceptional service to international guests, managing requests, assisting reception, conducting regular rounds, supervising the night baggage handler, and handling daily reports. The hotel, a member of Relais & Châteaux, offers a unique experience with its 48 rooms, garden, intimate lounges, and a Guerlain Spa.

Must Have

• Offer unforgettable moments by helping guests discover the magic of the Left Bank
• Develop a privileged relationship with international clientele, mainly American
• Manage client requests by phone, email, or in person throughout the night
• Foster good relationships with various service providers
• Assist reception with arrival and departure procedures
• Perform regular rounds during the night
• Supervise the night baggage handler in their various missions
• Manage closing and verify daily reports
• Experience in concierge services or a high-end hotel
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written
• Passion for hospitality, sense of service, and team spirit

Job Description

Under the supervision of our Head Concierge, we are recruiting a dynamic and passionate Night Concierge to join our team and contribute to offering an exceptional experience to our guests. The position follows a rhythm of 3 working days / 4 days off, every other week.

Your missions:

• Offer our guests unforgettable moments by helping them discover the magic of the Left Bank;
• Develop a privileged relationship with our international clientele, mainly American, and respond to their requests with the highest level of service;
• Manage client requests, by phone, email, or in person throughout the night;
• Foster good relationships with our various service providers;
• Assist reception with arrival and departure procedures;
• Perform regular rounds during the night;
• Supervise the night baggage handler in their various missions;
• Manage closing and verify daily reports.

Qualifications
