Job Summary
In the lively Paris of the 1930s, at the foot of Montmartre hill, a hotel is about to unveil its splendor. The MERCURE PARIS BUTTE MONTMARTRE BASILIQUE, with 51 rooms and suites, including one with a private sauna and Eiffel Tower view, and a lobby bar, opened in July after two years of renovation. As a Rotating Receptionist, you will provide a warm, efficient welcome to guests, perform administrative check-in/check-out procedures, and contribute to overall customer satisfaction. You will also participate in the smooth running of the Food & Beverage service, with customer experience at the heart of your concerns.
Must Have
- Passion for the hotel industry
- Excellent interpersonal skills, customer experience-oriented
- Proficient in English
- Familiar with OPERA CLOUD software
- Ensure warm, efficient guest welcome
- Perform administrative check-in/check-out procedures

Equipped with 51 rooms and suites, one with a private sauna and a breathtaking view of the Eiffel Tower, as well as a lobby bar, the MERCURE PARIS BUTTE MONTMARTRE BASILIQUE opened its doors in July after more than two years of work.
Job Description
Fixed-term contract of 1 month until 31/12/2025, evolving into a permanent contract on 01/01/2025
As a Rotating Receptionist, you ensure a warm, efficient welcome to guests, in accordance with the establishment's quality standards. You perform administrative procedures related to check-in/check-out on the hotel's IT system. You contribute globally to customer satisfaction through the quality of your work. Customer experience is at the heart of your concerns; you enjoy pleasing and interacting. You will also be involved in the smooth running of the F&B service.
Qualifications
If you are:
- Passionate about the world of hospitality;
- Endowed with unparalleled interpersonal skills, you are focused on customer experience;
- Already very comfortable in English, you are always open to discovering new languages and cultures;
- Familiar with OPERA CLOUD software
