After an integration period, the employee will be autonomous in the Bakery/Pastry department, acting as an ambassador for the brand's commitments and image.

Must Have

• Pack prepared merchandise for self-service sale.
• Arrange products on designated shelves.
• Ensure sufficient consumables (trays, labels, bags, wrapping paper).
• Prepare simple recipes from semi-finished products, including baking bread, pizzas.
• Welcome, inform, and advise customers, monitoring product rotation and quality.
• Ensure shelf stocking and product rotation between the lab, cold rooms, and shelves.
• Respect assortment based on seasonality.
• Participate in inventories and loss prevention.
• Comply with hygiene, quality, display, labeling, and customer information regulations.

Job Description

After an integration period during which you will familiarize yourself with the Bakery/Pastry department, our processes, and the team, you will be autonomous in your department, a true ambassador of our commitments and our image as Producers & Merchants to our customers.

Main missions of the position:

• Packs prepared merchandise for self-service sale
• Ensures arrangement on the designated shelves
• Ensures a sufficient number of consumables (trays, labels, bags, wrapping paper, etc.) according to the instructions of their supervisor, informs the latter of any discrepancies observed
• May prepare simple recipes from semi-finished products, bake a batch (especially pre-cooked or frozen raw bread, pizzas, and other simple products).
• Welcomes, informs, and advises customers with pleasure, monitoring product rotation and quality
• Ensures shelf stocking, product rotation between the laboratory, positive/negative cold rooms, and the department. Ensures their arrangement and cleanliness
• Respects the assortment according to seasonality
• Participates in inventories and loss prevention.
• Respects hygiene and quality rules, regulations regarding display, labeling, and customer information.

Additional Information

Compensation:

11.91 € / gross hour + Annual bonus (1 month's salary) + 1 month's salary in the form of a participation bonus based on company results
