Job Summary
IPAR is seeking a Team Leader for Occupational Rehabilitation in Launceston, Tasmania. This full-time role involves leading a dynamic team, engaging with local customers, and expanding services across the state. The successful candidate will provide leadership and mentorship, ensure exceptional client outcomes, and develop strong customer relationships. Occasional case management and assessments may also be required. IPAR is part of the MedHealth network, focusing on supporting individuals with illness, disability, or injury through tailored rehabilitation and employment services.
Must Have
- Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry
- Tertiary allied health qualifications (Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology, or Rehabilitation Counselling)
- Registration with AHRPA, ASORC, ESSA or AASW
- Demonstrated skills in leadership and/or experience in a similar role
- Ability to grow services and build strong customer relationships
- Provide leadership and mentorship to the team
- Meet individual and team targets
- Commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for clients
- Network and develop relationships with key customers
- Ability to complete assessments and deliver case management services as needed

Job Description
We are currently seeking expressions of interest for a Team Leader position based in Launceston, Tasmania on a permanent basis.
You will lead a dynamic and passionate tight knit team within our Launceston branch. You will have exposure to our local Tasmanian customers, opportunities to travel around the state and grow our team who offer an array of occupational rehabilitation and injury management services.
Key accountabilities include:
- Provide leadership/mentorship support to your team;
- Meet individual and team targets;
- Demonstrate commitment to providing exceptional services and outcomes for our clients;
- Network and develop relationships with key customers, using your technical expertise to help grow the team.
- Completing assessments and delivering case management services on an ad hoc basis if needed;

Qualifications
- Experience in the Occupational Rehabilitation industry;
- Tertiary allied health qualifications in Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology, Physiotherapy, Social Work, Psychology or Rehabilitation Counselling
