Job Summary
This managerial role at NIQ involves leading and managing field work activities, ensuring compliance with methodology, high-quality data collection, and proper execution of processes. Responsibilities include team management, training, performance monitoring, and operational support, working closely with QCT Analysts and Field Admin teams to achieve business objectives and maintain data integrity.
Must Have
- Lead a team of 12–20 field auditors, ensuring onboarding, training, and professional growth.
- Provide coaching and support during field visits.
- Monitor KPIs and administrative objectives (vacations, CONCUR, etc.).
- Manage resources: hiring, interviews, resignations, and related paperwork.
- Perform validations based on QCT and Field Admin analyses, as well as own follow-ups.
- Ensure compliance with field methodology and data quality standards.
- Coordinate and monitor recruitment of establishments/channels, including high-complexity cases.
- Conduct physical store checks and extraordinary validations when required.
- Support special projects and internal/external client field visits.
- Plan visits and manage store reassignments.
- Monitor field work progress (RA, RRES, NIV, etc.).
- Manage devices and tools for auditors.
- Align weekly/monthly quality action plans with QCT Analysts.
- Report progress and critical points to Delivery Leader and QCT Analyst.
- Minimum 2 years within the company (for internal talent).
- Achieved “Achieved Goals” rating in the last performance review (for internal talent).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a related field (auditing, field operations, retail, market research) (for external candidates).
- College degree.
- Strong planning, organization, prioritization, and communication skills with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle dynamic environments and solve problems effectively.
Good to Have
- Knowledge of field methodology, CDAR tools, and processes.
- Intermediate English.
- Intermediate proficiency in Excel and MS Office.
