Job Summary

The Operations Supervisor will ensure organized and controlled planning of field monitoring activities, optimize equipment use and maintenance, and report damages promptly. They will guarantee compliance with technical, administrative, and quality standards, ensure necessary work elements are available, and oversee the appropriate and efficient use of materials. The role also involves ensuring accurate, fast, and timely information delivery to both internal and external clients.

Must Have

  • Academic Background: Mechanical Engineer/ Mining Engineer/ Chemical Engineer
  • Experience: Desirable more than one year
  • Technical Knowledge: Office suite proficiency

Job Description

  • Ensure that the planning of required field monitoring activities is carried out in an organized and controlled manner.
  • Optimize the proper use and maintenance of work equipment and promptly inform the Direct Supervisor of any damages and anomalies that occur in the operation of the equipment under their charge.
  • Guarantee compliance with technical, administrative, and quality standards and procedures applicable to their area, at the work site.
  • Ensure that the necessary work elements or consumables are available to ensure the normal development of the operation under their charge.
  • Ensure the use of materials and consumables received for the operation, ensuring their appropriate and efficient use.
  • Guarantee the truthful, fast, and timely delivery of necessary information to both internal and external clients.

Requirements

Academic Background: Mechanical Engineer/ Mining Engineer/ Chemical Engineer

Experience: Desirable more than one year.

Technical Knowledge: Office suite proficiency. Advanced English (B2)

Additional Information

Personnel for field work

Rotating shifts.

Salary: $4,160,000 + night, Sunday, and/or holiday surcharges.
