As a Data Operations Assistant within the Ubisoft Data Office (UDO) team, you will contribute to the 'Production Intelligence' project by improving the quality of production data shared with various teams (marketing, sales, production). Job Description
As part of the "Production Intelligence" project, the Ubisoft Data Office (UDO) team is responsible for creating and maintaining production data for our studios to share homogeneous indicators with consuming teams (marketing, sales, production, etc.) and different levels of hierarchy.
As a Data Operations Assistant, you will participate in improving the quality of the information made available. Your objectives will be to understand the data ecosystem and its status, as well as to detect problems. In a second step, you will visualize an optimal situation and plan the steps to achieve it.
For this, your main missions will be:
- Improve and maintain a scalable data quality process;
- Implement solutions for correcting existing data (via post-processing, but also upstream with governance methods to be developed);
- Implement tools that will facilitate your future tasks. You will have the freedom to rely on existing tools or create new ones with an automation-oriented mindset;
- Integrate your work into Ubisoft's Data Governance policy and promote it.
Qualifications
- You are studying in the field of data or applied digital technology;
- You have initial experience in the field (internship, study project, or personal);
- You understand business needs and have the ability to make complex information accessible;
- You are comfortable with data manipulation, especially relational (SQL) and document (JSON);
- You have notions in data visualization (Power BI or Tableau);
- You have notions in Python;
- You are rigorous and organized;
- You are comfortable in English, especially spoken;
- You are looking for a stimulating team environment.

What is Ubisoft's telework policy?

In application of our hybrid work model, you will work 3 days a week in our premises, and can telework up to 2 days a week.
