Job Summary

As a PMO migrate within the KPN Unlock Data (UD) Program, you play a key role in supporting and guiding the coordination, communication, and operation of a strategic data transformation program. You work with all teams responsible for data migration and integration projects, as well as business transformation teams. You ensure a proactive approach to dependencies and risks, timely and efficient delivery, and cost optimization. You identify challenges, monitor the critical path, and provide a central source of truth for progress, KPIs, and risk management.

Must Have

  • Experience with complex data programs and migrations
  • Strong organizational, analytical and planning skills
  • Tracking risks and mitigating measures and early identification of dependencies
  • Monitoring and protecting the critical path
  • Providing a central source of truth for progress, KPIs and risk management
  • Preparing meetings and regularly delivering accurate progress reports to stakeholders, sponsors and management
  • Identifying improvement opportunities in processes and communication forms
  • Supporting the preparation and maintenance of integrated program plans, schedules and roadmaps

Job Description

As a PMO migrate within the Unlock Data (UD) Program at KPN, you play a key role in supporting and guiding the coordination, communication and operation of a strategic data transformation program. You work together with all teams within the program that are responsible for data migration and integration projects, as well as the business transformation teams.

A strong PMO is an important success factor, with the migration stream encompassing multiple domains, applications and external partners. You ensure a proactive approach to dependencies and risks, so that delivery is on time and efficient and costs are optimized. As a PMO, you play a crucial role in early identification of challenges and dependencies, monitoring and protecting the critical path and providing a central source of truth for progress, KPIs and risk management. More than just reporting, you actively manage and coordinate activities, facilitate collaboration and ensure quick problem solving to ensure the success of data migration and integration initiatives.

Your responsibilities are:

Job Requirements

You have the following:

Additional Information

Hours per week: 32 - 40

Rate: maximum €75.00 (including travel costs, excluding VAT)
