Job Summary

As a Manager Agile Program Management at Publicis Sapient, you will drive Agile project management practices for digital transformation initiatives. This role involves working with cross-functional teams and leadership to implement Agile frameworks, optimize delivery processes, and foster continuous improvement. You will lead Agile efforts, facilitate ceremonies, collaborate on backlogs, mitigate risks, and coach teams on best practices, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.

Must Have

  • Lead Agile project management efforts
  • Implement and scale Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS)
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, PI planning)
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogs
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices
  • Work with senior leadership to align Agile transformation strategies
  • Ensure transparency and effective communication
  • 7+ years of experience in Agile project management, Agile coaching, or Agile transformation
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile
  • Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams to improve delivery efficiency
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs
  • Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and DevOps practices

  • Experience in leading enterprise-wide Agile transformations
  • Strong knowledge of Agile budgeting, governance, and portfolio management
  • Background in change management and organizational agility
  • Experience working in a consulting or client-facing environment
  • Certifications such as Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Agilist (SA), PMI-ACP, or ICP-ACC

Manager Agile Program Management

As a Manager Agile Program Management, you will be responsible for driving Agile project management practices, ensuring successful delivery of digital transformation initiatives. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, stakeholders, and leadership to implement Agile frameworks, optimize delivery processes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Your Impact

  • Lead Agile project management efforts, ensuring alignment with business objectives and client expectations.
  • Implement and scale Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS) to improve project execution and delivery.
  • Facilitate Agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and PI planning.
  • Collaborate with product owners, engineering teams, and business stakeholders to define and prioritize backlogs.
  • Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and impediments to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging Agile metrics and feedback loops.
  • Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure Agile maturity and project success.
  • Coach and mentor teams on Agile best practices, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment.
  • Work with senior leadership to align Agile transformation strategies with organizational goals.

Skills & Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in Agile project management, Agile coaching, or Agile transformation.
  • Strong expertise in Agile frameworks, including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, LeSS, and Disciplined Agile.
  • Proven experience managing complex digital transformation projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Rally, or Azure DevOps.
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and drive change.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Experience in coaching and mentoring Agile teams to improve delivery efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and adapt to changing business needs.
  • Strong understanding of Lean-Agile principles and DevOps practices.
