Job Summary
Joining Publicis Media Trading means not only space trading but also being at the heart of the strategy, directly linked with our Consulting teams and advertisers. You will be a key player in campaigns where our experts and their expertise are crucial. You will support our media agencies and their clients in digital display/programmatic activations, deploying various levers (video, display, native, performance) and utilizing market DSPs to meet client KPIs.
Must Have
- Supervise and support the implementation of the trading strategy for a client portfolio
- Coordinate projects with other digital expertises (SEO, multiscreen, etc.)
- Challenge and deploy partner strategies
- Build, pilot, and value the negotiation tactic
- Represent and promote the agency's expertise during client tenders
- Manage administrative and financial processes for your scope
- Master the digital trading, social media, and programmatic ecosystem
- Master the business sector and commercial challenges of your clients
- Manage your team, support career development, and manage staffing
- Hold a Master's degree in business school
- Possess over 7 years of experience as a Digital Media Trader
- Demonstrate pedagogy, team leadership, and Digital Media expertise
- Exhibit strategic vision and ability to influence at management levels
- Be convincing with strong negotiation and networking skills
- Be comfortable with numbers and analysis of advertising market KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPL)
- Be proficient in written and spoken French and English

Joining Publicis Media Trading means not only space trading but also being at the heart of the strategy, directly linked with our Consulting teams and advertisers. It means being a key player and a decisive point in campaigns where our experts and their expertise are crucial. 🔑
You will be responsible for supporting all our media agencies and their clients in their digital display/programmatic activations. You will thus be in charge of deploying a large number of levers (video, display, native, performance, etc.) and you will use the majority of market DSPs to meet our clients' KPIs. 🧑💻
Reporting to the Digital Media Trading expertise center, under the responsibility of a Pole Director, you are responsible for the proper deployment and operational monitoring of your team's programmatic campaigns, as well as their management. Your main missions will be as follows:
- Media Planning: you supervise and support the implementation of the trading strategy for a client portfolio; you coordinate projects with other digital expertises (SEO, multiscreen, etc.) to build an effective trading strategy.
- Negotiation: you are able to challenge and deploy partner strategies; you build, pilot, and value the negotiation tactic. Client/agency relationship: you are a digital media expert and are able to represent and promote the agency's expertise during client tenders.
- Administrative/financial management: you are responsible for managing the administrative and financial processes within your scope.
- Business knowledge: you master the digital trading, social media, and programmatic ecosystem, as well as the business sector and commercial challenges of your clients.
- Management: responsible for your team, you support career development and manage staffing (workload, resource allocation, HR processes, etc.).
Qualifications
You hold a Master's degree from a business school and have over 7 years of experience as a Digital Media Trader, ideally within an agency. Your pedagogy, your ability to unite a team, and your expertise in Digital Media are recognized. You have a strategic vision and are able to influence at management levels. You are convincing, have strong negotiation and networking skills.
📈 You are comfortable with numbers and the analysis of advertising market KPIs (CPM, CPC, CPL, etc.). You are proficient in written and spoken French and English.
