Job Summary
Zenith, a communication specialist, develops dynamic, holistic, and future-oriented communication solutions for over 150 national and international clients. This position is responsible for the strategic further development of digital marketing across all relevant channels: Programmatic, Social, Performance, and IO. As a driver and challenger, you will support both clients and internal teams, shaping the overarching digital strategy, including media planning, campaign architecture, and tech-based marketing solutions. You will work closely with Client Lead, Strategy, and Data Lead to drive digital marketing transformation, acting as a sparring partner, providing impulses, moderating workshops, and presenting KPI-based communication strategies.
Must Have
- Strategically develop digital marketing across all channels (Programmatic, Social, Performance, IO)
- Drive and challenge clients and internal teams in developing holistic digital and media strategies
- Responsible for media planning, campaign architecture, and consulting on AdTech and Tech-Stack development (Data Driven Marketing)
- Develop, optimize, and present data- and KPI-based digital communication strategies
- Close strategic collaboration with Client Lead, Strategy, and Data Lead to accelerate digital marketing transformation
- Act as a sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders to optimize campaign strategies
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Digital Media, with a focus on Programmatic Advertising and Social Media Advertising
- Profound application experience with DSPs and social booking platforms (e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, Meta Business Manager)
- Excellent analytical skills for KPI interpretation and data-driven optimization
- High technical understanding in Tracking, AdTech, DCO solutions, and Ad-Server architectures
- Holistic understanding of Data, Content, and Media in integrated digital communication strategies

Comprehensive data analyses help to understand diverse target groups and identify relevant contact points for communication with them. In addition, campaign performance is measured and optimized in real-time to achieve maximum return on investment and thus the greatest possible communication success for our clients, such as LVMH, Stellantis, Eurowings, or Haleon. Furthermore, Zenith continuously researches new media channels, usage behavior, and trends.
Overview
This position is responsible for the strategic further development of digital marketing across all relevant channels – Programmatic, Social, Performance, and IO.
As a driver and challenger, you will support both clients and internal teams and shape the overarching digital strategy, including media planning, campaign architecture, and tech-based marketing solutions.
You will work closely with Client Lead, Strategy, and Data Lead to drive digital marketing transformation.
In doing so, you will act as a sparring partner at eye level, provide impulses, moderate workshops, and present KPI-based communication strategies.
Responsibilities
- Strategic further development of digital marketing across all channels (Programmatic, Social, Performance, IO)
- Driver and challenger for clients and internal teams in developing holistic digital and media strategies
- Responsibility for media planning, campaign architecture, and consulting on AdTech and Tech-Stack development (Data Driven Marketing)
- Data- and KPI-based development, optimization, and presentation of digital communication strategies
- Close strategic collaboration with Client Lead, Strategy, and Data Lead to accelerate digital marketing transformation
- Sparring partner for internal and external stakeholders with impulses for optimizing campaign strategies
Qualifications
- At least 8 years of professional experience in Digital Media, ideally with a clear focus on Programmatic Advertising and Social Media Advertising.
- Profound application experience with DSPs and social booking platforms, e.g., DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP, as well as Meta Business Manager and other relevant tools.
- Experience in planning, managing, and controlling large client mandates is an advantage.
- Strong brand affinity and passion for strong, relevant brands.
- Excellent analytical skills: Proficient in KPI interpretation and in developing data-driven optimization strategies.
- High technical understanding, especially in the areas of Tracking, AdTech, DCO solutions, and Ad-Server architectures.
- Holistic understanding of the interplay of Data, Content, and Media in integrated, digital communication strategies.
