You will be responsible for indoor and outdoor rounds, general cleaning and maintenance, painting, sanding, and cutting metal parts, using various machinery and tools, communicating with the supervisor via walkie-talkie, and maintaining outdoor spaces.

Must Have

• Perform indoor and outdoor rounds (mechanical rooms, production, field)
• Ensure general cleaning and maintenance of spaces
• Paint, sand, and cut metal parts or boxes
• Use different machinery and tools
• Communicate with the supervisor using a walkie-talkie
• Maintain outdoor spaces throughout the year (lawn mowing, snow removal)
• Hold a Class 5 driver's license
• Be comfortable in a noisy and dusty environment
• Be comfortable wearing personal protective equipment (mask, helmet, gloves, etc.)
• Have a strong health and safety awareness
• Be in good physical condition
• Be resourceful and able to work at heights
• Be punctual, reliable, and a good team member
