As a Remote Diagnostics Service Technician at Bosch, you will provide technical support for vehicle repair and diagnostic issues to national and international customers. Must Have

  • Completed university studies (bachelor/master/diploma) in vehicle technology or comparable, or training as a master or state-certified technician
  • Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics
  • Expertise in handling IT systems
  • Experience in direct customer contact (e.g., car repair hotline support)
  • Very good Italian spoken and written
  • Good English spoken and written
  • Willingness to travel

Are you passionate about vehicle diagnostics and vehicle technology? Then we are looking for you.

As a Remote Diagnostics Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing technical support in the event of vehicle repair and diagnostic problems in vehicle workshops.

  • You will work closely with our national and international customers, for whom problem solving is one of your main tasks.
  • You will use different tools to perform remote diagnostic procedures, parameterizations and calibrations.
  • You will work in an international team and actively contribute to the continuous optimization of our services.

Qualifications

  • ​​​​Training: completed university studies (bachelor/master/diploma) in the field of vehicle technology or a comparable course of study, or training as a master or state-certified technician
  • Experience and expertise: Knowledge in the field of vehicle diagnostics, expertise in handling IT systems, experience in direct customer contact (e.g. car repair hotline support)
  • Personality and way of working: You are a team player and distinguish yourself through your communicative nature; You work in an organized and structured manner, act independently, persevere and are able to adapt to flexible tasks
  • Languages: very good Italian spoken and written, good English spoken and written
  • Additional information: Willingness to travel required
