Operations Manager

As an Operations Manager at JYSK, a leading home furnishing retailer, you will protect company assets and minimize losses by executing loss prevention policies. You will also support the store management team in upholding company values and customer promises. Key duties include managing inventory, ensuring proper store opening/closing procedures, and performing security checks. Must Have

• Protect JYSK’s assets and minimize losses
• Execute loss prevention policies and procedures
• Assist store management in instilling company values and customer promises
• Follow all loss prevention and key control policies to reduce shrink
• Perform Weekly Inventory Cycle counts and periodic Full Store Inventory counts
• Perform Weekly ordering to ensure sufficient inventory
• Follow proper store opening and closing procedures, including alarm checks and security walks
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team
• Dynamic and positive personality with strong leadership skills
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
• 2 years experience in retail management and customer service

Additional Information

Physical demands that are required include mobility (walking, standing, climbing, bending, etc.) and manual material handling (lifting, pushing, pulling, carrying, etc.). Movement of product by use of ladders and stock pickers is required.
