Job Summary
The Assistant Manager - Restaurant is responsible for the overall supervision, planning, controlling, and coordination of all activities within the assigned restaurant outlet. This role involves establishing and maintaining seamless coordination with all departments of Novotel Ahmedabad to ensure maximum cooperation, productivity, and guest service. The manager will also monitor and supervise the service flow and address any matters affecting the interests of Novotel Ahmedabad.
Must Have
- Responsible for overall supervision, planning, controlling and coordination of all activities of the assigned outlet.
- Establish and maintain seamless co-ordination & co-operation with all departments of Novotel Ahmedabad.
- Monitor and supervise service flow in the assigned outlet.
- Bring any matter which may effect the interests of Novotel Ahmedabad to the attention of the Management.
- Qualification in hospitality related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 year’s experience in a same role within the Hospitality Industry.
- Ability to enhance organizational performance.

Job Description
